Types of medicinal herbs.  

Some examples of medicinal herbs are St. John's wort, ginger root, violet, kava-kava and gravel root.


St. John's wort is a popular medicine plant symptom of depression and anxiety can be alleviated. St. John's wort is also used for chronic tension headaches have decreased and to help with sleeping problems or disorders. S. John’s wort is said to raise the level of serotonin and dopamine. Therefore, the effects of hypericum reasctions may include allergic, dry mouth, dizziness, or indigestion.
